The Objective:

To source and review the UK plant-based patty market, identify the highest quality, commercially viable patties and create quirky builds and sides for 3 new vegetarian dishes for new brand, A Burger.

We tasted over 20 vegan patties available in the UK through wholesalers and identified 3 products that fit the brief; fun and tasty, interesting to build quirky dishes around, high profit margin and readily available through supply chain.

The result was 3 banging burgers; A classic cheeseburger, the Kimcheese – cauliflower cheese patty with kimchi and spicy mayo and the Chick’n burger – a plant-based chicken patty with pickles and vegan mayo.
