Delphi Foods Case Study

The Objective:

Delphi foods were looking to introduce a new range of salads to run alongside their current range of middle eastern inspired salads that they currently sell.

Influenced by current trends, our knowledge and expertise, our team developed 5-6 salads that are simple in complexity but big on flavour.

Looking to produce something novel and ‘trendy’ our team were tasked to create products which were different from the standard Delphi Food Range.

Outcomes included buzz words such as harissa, quinoa, black bean, ezme and peri-peri.

Standard operating procedure (SOP) cards were produced for the client, allowing the signed off recipes to be upscaled to 50-100kg batch runs to be produced at Delphi Foods production unit.
