Danny Butt joins Food Innovation Solutions as Head of FIS.

Danny Butt has joined Food Innovation Solutions as Head of FIS, bringing 11 years of experience across multiple sectors of the food industry - retail, manufacturing and innovation. Danny will head up the team of development chefs, product developers & innovation consultants from FIS groups London development facility.

Having held senior innovation & development roles with several retailers & food manufacturers. Danny’s experience started working as a chef for various Michelin star restaurants. This grounding allowed him to move into fresh food development before taking a senior development role at manufacturer Charlie Bigham’s. It’s from here he moved to upmarket retailer Waitrose, sitting within their brand innovation team. Most recently Danny joins from Carrefour in the UAE where he held a leading role in the planning, development & launch of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

Danny will be leading the team at FIS to deliver growth through the refinement of their offer whilst delivering a best in class service for their clients.
